This company was a manufacturing company for the production of powdered beverages and deserts. It was operating under license from General Foods and produced TANG® instant breakfast drink and JELL-O® instant pudding. This license expired in 1994 and as a result of the changes that took place upon the takeover of General Foods by Philip Morris, it was decided by both parties not to renew the license.
